About Us

Established in 2019, Oates & Flour create bespoke bakes and cakes for any occasion, from our home-based kitchen in Swanmore, Hampshire, UK. During our first couple of years trading, we are proud to have bought bespoke bakes to our customers in and around Hampshire.

We continue to supply new and regular customers with bespoke bakes and orders for any occasion from birthdays, christenings,  corporate parties and weddings.

Since 2023, we are proud to be part of a local collective of Hampshire producers, celebrating local ingredients and produce at Hampshire Farmers' Markets. As well as regular food markets, we also showcase our products at events and festivals where you can always find us in person!

We're proud to be 5* hygiene rated with Winchester City Council. 

We are also fully insured and hold the relevant food hygiene certificates - so you can be sure all products are handled with attention, care and detail.
